Off-piste battles with book providers.

Well, over the past few days there's been two separate matters that have hopefully now been resolved. The first was with Kobo. For some reason their download software effed up my submission and ultimately what came out wasn't readable so Kobo blocked the book. I redownloaded it today and it went through this time without a hitch, although Kobo then sent another email saying they were still blocking it so I told them fine, if that's what you want to do i'll tell everyone to go to kindle. 5 minutes later they told me they'd unblocked it.Second, my co-writer John L. Thompson was due to get an author supply of books from Amazon but they only sent him 1 book, not the number I ordered for him. I got onto Amazon and informed them they'd effed up and got a grovelling apology and they would now rush through a priority ticket to get the rest to him.Honestly, there does seem to be a high degree of fuckwittery going on. ...
