Casca 58: The Hunter is now available to buy from the website shop

Fellow author John Thompson and I talk about more of the Casca series, covering more of Barry Sadler and the first 11 books in the series.
My good friend John Thompson recently came up with the idea to have a series of discussions with me on the Casca series. Here’s the first one introducing the series and how Barry Sadler came up with the idea and how I got involved.
Casca 10 The Conquistador is now available from the shop and from the end of August 2022 so will The Legionnaire, Casca 11. This website will be the only place in the world you can get these books brand new.
There is now a stock of Casca 7 on the website shop, and an order for Casca 8 has been put to the printing company. I am expecting these books in about 3 weeks time.
So far books 1 to 6 inclusive have been reprinted and are available from the shop. Casca 7 The Damned is being printed as we speak and will be available towards the end of April. Cover artwork of the latest 3 books including number 7 shown here.
The new Casca novel, The Iron Duke’s Man, will be released on Monday 21st March. All advance orders will be packed up and posted over the preceding weekend and posted either on the Monday or the Tuesday. All other orders from then on will be processed as and when they come in.
The period of this book covers the few weeks of the Waterloo campaign in 1815.
Due to the ageing of the former runs of Barry Sadler’s Casca novels and the fact they are getting rarer and in poorer conditions with each resale (they were last printed in some editions in 1990 and some going back to 1979) I have decided to do a complete reprint run of these books, doing one per month. January sees Casca 2 God of Death being reprinted and I will have a stock of these books in my shop pretty soon. Next month will be Casca 5 The Barbarian.
In March or April, Casca 56 will be published, The Iron Duke’s Man, and here is the sneak preview of the front cover.
